Local Chapter Requirements
Engage in courses leading up to your chosen health profession
Completion of at least 3 semesters of health paraprofessional studies with an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale, and also with a science GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale. To see your current GPA, see the Student Academic Records Menu on MyUWF.
Join on ArgoPulse — this will add you to our email list
Join the Google Space — our group chat
Contact us through Google Space or email to pay dues ($15 per semester) and become an established member of the local chapter
Maintain an attendance of at least 50% for all scheduled meetings and submit 10 service hours every semester
National Member Requirements
Become an established member of the local chapter, and maintain good standing for two consecutive semesters
Fill out a membership record form (MRF)
Pay the national induction fee ($75 one-time fee)

All members of the local AED chapter will custom comfort colors t-shirt. T-shirt designs are updated each year.

Executive Board
On the executive board, you will be able to practice leadership and management, while exploring your passions.

Priority Consiteration
Members are given priority consideration for workshops such as the AED annual suture clinic and road trips to Dean's Day.
How to Become an Officer
To run for an officer position on our executive board, you must be a nationally recognized member in good standing with the organization. Applications will open every Spring. For more information, visit this page.
