Our Mission
Alpha Epsilon Delta is the National Health Preprofessional Honor Society dedicated to the encouragement and recognition of excellence in preprofessional health scholarship. Our Society welcomes all students engaged in the pursuit of professional development, provides a forum for students with common interests, and extends a program of service to benefit the college/university community.
How to Join
Local Chapter Requirements
Engage in courses leading up to your chosen health profession
Completion of at least 3 semesters of health paraprofessional studies with an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale, and also with a science GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale. To see your current GPA, see the Student Academic Records Menu on MyUWF.
Join through ArgoPulse — this will add you to our email list
Join the Google Space — our group chat
Contact us through Google Space or email to pay dues ($15 per semester) and become an established member of the local chapter
Maintain an attendance of at least 50% for all scheduled meetings and submit 10 service hours every semester
National Member Requirements
Become an established member of the local chapter, and maintain good standing for two consecutive semesters
Fill out a membership record form (MRF)
Pay the national induction fee ($75 one-time fee)
